Helen's individual sessions also work well with professionals and business owners who want to improve their organizational and managerial skills.

As your personal organizer, Helen will design and implement with you a plan to achieve your organizing goals, such as:

  • improve your organizing skills, habits and routines

  • de-clutter and organize your work space

  • Improve time management - handle interruptions, develop calendar/planner skills, manage procrastination or perfection tendencies, address the hesitancy to say "no", or improve planning and scheduling techniques

  • Improve paper management - organize the work space for better paper flow, develop a workable filing and follow-up system, establish work routines, handle mail and correspondence.

  • People/communications - improve delegation skills, handle/reduce crises or rush jobs, give clear directions and deadlines, control time spent in meetings.

For clients who know what to do, but need structure and guidance, Helen will come to your home or office one time to prepare you to do the work yourself. Follow-up appointments by e-mail or telephone are scheduled so Helen can guide you, encourage you and keep you on track. Client has the option of choosing follow-up on-site visits.
