NEW!...De-Clutter, De-Stress Progress Group
If you have taken Helen's de-clutter class and want motivation, support, advice and direction during the active process of decluttering your life, this small group is for you.

Come prepared to: set a 4-week goal; choose weekly de-clutter projects to meet that goal; report weekly on progress; and discuss problems, concerns and successes.

Before and after photos are encouraged. "Home" work is expected each week.

De-Clutter, De-Stress Your Life
Is your house more like a museum than a home? Too embarassed to have company see how you live? Learn strategies to conquer the thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck in clutter and how to let go! Learn a process to de-clutter your possessions and reclaim your space and your life. De-cluttering, maintenance and prevention strategies also discussed. “Homework” expected each week. Before and after photos encouraged. Instructor Helen Volk is a former pack rat who lives clutter free and through her company, Beyond Clutter, helps clients de-clutter their lives.

Overwhelmed by paper? Afraid to put papers away because you won't find them again? Need to organize the paper details of your life? You'll learn to manage the daily mail, get yourself off of mailing lists and how to create a filing system so you can stop piling! Begin the project of identifying and organizing important information so you can find documents in case of emergency.
